Exhibitor Inclusions

Exhibitor trade booths and stand-alone sites are available in 3-10 metre lengths:
- Not-for-profit organizations – 3m x 2m Not-For-Profit “space only”
- 3m x 2m Tas Pet Expo “space only”
- 3m x 2m Trade Booth Structure + Printed Company Fascia Signage (option to add power)
- 3m x 2m Structure + 2 Downlights + 4 Amp power + 4-way power + Company Fascia Signage

Products
All exhibitors are invited to sell products directly to the public on the day.
Set-up
The Tas Pet Expo aims to produce an exciting event for Tasmanian pet-lovers to enjoy.
We put a lot of effort into making the Pet Expo look the best it possibly can be!.. we just ask that all exhibitors do the same with their own booths!
Applications
All exhibitor applications will be reviewed by the RSPCA Tasmania Inspectorate and to be accepted, must meet RSPCA Tasmania animal welfare and sustainability guidelines.
Applications must be received by 19 September 2022.
All applicants, whether successful or not will be notified by email within 30 days of receiving the application.
Applications from all over Australia are invited to take part.
Animals
Animals exhibits are welcome to be on-site provided they are appropriately restrained at all times/or in enclosures that meet RSPCA Tasmania’s guidelines.
Deposit
A non -refundable 20% deposit is required within 14 days of being accepted as an exhibitor.
The deposit and balance are paid to RSPCA Tasmania.
Payments
The remaining 80% must be paid by 30 September, 2022.
Payments can be made via direct deposit or via credit card

Pledge
Exhibitors must align with promoting responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
Application Form for Exhibitors & Sponsors
This event is to promote responsible pet ownership and the welfare of our native wildlife as well as educate pet lovers about animal welfare, health and nutrition.
All proceeds are going to helping Tasmanian animals in need.
This is a perfect opportunity to promote your business whether it be large or small, local or international.
